cybersecurity programs for
organizations building
through complex change.

Seble Asfaw

A decade translating ambiguous, high-stakes initiatives into structured execution, from a global newsroom to venture-backed healthtech, with the same rigor in every industry.

Seble Asfaw builds AI-native operating models and leads cybersecurity and

technology programs for organizations moving fast under real stakes. She has run application security and vulnerability disclosure for a global newsroom, rebuilt an engineering organization's operating model from the ground up, and is currently leading a company-wide AI transformation program.

Her range spans media, healthcare, philanthropy, and technology. Each new

industry has meant learning its rules quickly and translating them into a working plan.
